Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Art Resort Goa, I couldn't help but be impressed by the culinary experience offered at the hotel's restaurant, Titanic Bar & Restaurant, located just a stone's throw away. As a filmmaker with a penchant for capturing the essence of Indian culture, I appreciate when a hotel successfully blends traditional Indian flavors with European specialties, offering a diverse menu that caters to varied palates. The Continental and à la carte breakfast options served each morning were a delightful start to the day, ensuring a wholesome and satisfying meal. One evening, I dined at Titanic Bar & Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the innovative dishes that showcased a fusion of Indian and European influences. The ambiance of the restaurant, nestled so close to the beach, added to the overall charm of the dining experience. The proximity to other dining options such as Rosemary Bar and Restaurant and German Bakery only enhanced the culinary exploration during my stay. Whether indulging in breakfast delights or savoring dinner specialties, the hotel ensures a satisfying dining experience that resonates with both Indian heritage and contemporary flair.
